good morning.i was at your store on thursday august 18 2022.i was served by feven and found her to be very helpful and had great product knowledge.i was suspicious that my current shampoo was causing my hair to fall out.feven advised me to use the system #3 cleanser and confirmed an 80 % success rate.i hope so.and i would recommend that trade secrets give feven serious consideration for a promotion.every where you shop these days no one has any product knowledge.i just came from walmart .randy.

They cant do eyebrows you tell them to keep it thick and they take half of them off

DO NOT GET LASH EXTENSIONS HERE!!!!! Had my lashes done here, thought it was normal for it to hurt a bit at first but I was wrong!!! After a few days my one eye looked like a tarantula, the lashes looked all clumpy. The lady glued the lashes incorrectly on my eyes. I had to go and have them fixed by another salon within the week. Trade Secrets claims they are using mink lashes but the I was informed by new salon they are synthetic. My natural lashes were severely damaged and lost. Beware!!!!!!

I came in for a blowdry, the lady who did it was rough, kept pushing my head around. when i left the store, i looked the same as coming in. No movement in my hair. She said that my hair was asian and stubbornly straight. Ive had blowdrys at many other places, they provide movement in my hair using only a round brush. This proves the lady who did my hair at trade secrets lied or doesnt know what shes doing.

Very bad service, i had to write a review. Not sure if anyone will read this but if so just do your self a favor and try a different store location. The workers looked unprofessional and sounded ignorant and slow even. Maybe due to lack of training? While I was looking at the products an employee rushed into the store and accidentally pushed me over as she ran through the isle (I assume she was late, understandable). BUT then before anything, she turns around and asks me if i was trying to steal the same products she just pushed me into!! Wth?

I booked an appointment for eyelash extensions about a month ago. I get to my appointment and 2 employees tell me the girl left and that they called me an hour ago to let me know. I told them nobody called me! Then Jessica the 1 employee said, maybe they dialed the wrong number! I asked for head office number because this is the most unprofessional thing I encountered! Wedding is in 2 days and I counted on them, now I have no other options because the wedding is in 2 days. I was furious and instead of giving me head office number Jessica called security to kick me out of the store. I got head office number from another store and I'll be reporting all of this. The employees are not professional what so ever, don't care about nothing. Jessica should NOT be dealing with customers. She's very rude and needs much more training for that position!
