    Before I married ...

    Before I married my beautiful wife, I went to Cache Jewellery in Kleinburg and I left the store with the confidence that my wife to be would love her engagement ring. It is a great store and the owner Lawrence is fair with his pricing and is fantastic at both designing and making jewellery! This guy knows his stuff!

    I came into Cache...

    I came into Cache Fine Jewellery about a month ago and I was given the most incredible customer service. On top of how well I was treated,the stores product is great. All the piece's are timeless and one of a kind. I don't think I've seen so many beautiful wedding bands, earrings and necklace's at a jewellery store before walking into Cache. I have also just got engaged and I will for sure be buying my customized wedding ring from Cache Fine Jewellery! I love this store!

    Bad Service

    Delivery of the item took forever! I live very far from the store, but when I happened to be on a trip to Kleinburg, Laurence (the owner) OFFERED to deliver the item to my home on the very first day that I ever committed to buy the item. Every time we set a day/time to meet up so that I could receive the item - he never showed up and didn't have the courtesy to let me know that he won't be able to make it. This pattern happened at least 3 TIMES IN A ROW. The only time he DID call me and said he was around to deliver was when WE DIDN'T SET UP THE DAY/TIME. I've finally received the item, but not without much agony, aggravation and having to constantly call and remind/ask Laurence that I'd like to receive the item that I paid for IN FULL in the beginning. Everything I've just mentioned here was just the tip of the ice-berg. I found his service to be very rude, unapologetic and that he'd lied to my face.
