    Great service

    I have purchased a lot of gear over the years and received fantastic, top notch service. I would recommend this store to any friend

    bad customer service

    walked around store for 20 minutes nobody asked if I needed assistance. Went to the checkout desk and got ignored by two sales reps for another ten minutes, they looked at me two or three times, but never said hold on a sec, I'm busy, or anything. After another few minutes a female walked in and stood at the desk, and they helped her in about a minute. HORRIBLE customer service, would suggest any other music shop in London, unless of course your female then they will help you out quickly.
