This shop has earned my respect for it’s honesty, for fairness, and above all, it’s automotive competence. And, customers deal directly with the owner, not a computer screen.

They are honest and very reasonably priced. I went in ready to pay $350 as I was quoted on the phone. After checking out my car, Brian informed me that I did not actually need the service I thought I did. (A different shop told me I did.) After having one bad experience after another with repair shops, including once being told I needed to replace a part my car did not even have, this was a very nice change. All other repair shops, take note. This is how you get repeat business.

i had been to other garages before I found Ron's Quality Auto, thoughts days are over. The staff are honest, trustworthy, experienced. Bryan even took the time to explain what the problem was and why it happened. When I start talking about cars I say to everyone to bring your cars to Ron's Quality Auto, they are the best.
