last time i ordered the dinner for one. the chicken wasn't completely cooked, had pin feathers on the meat. potatoe, was not bake right it was still, abit hard , never received, every thing. ordered four cans of pop only, got one.

I always order delivery but this last time has to be the most horrible experience with this local ever.
First off, the delivery guy was dishonest. My meal came to be something like $23. I gave the guy $35 and asked for $10 in change. The delivery guy was like, "uhhh that's too much". The reason why I called delivery was because I had a midterm the next day so I was like, "ok, then 9". "No". "8" "no" "7" "no", etc. This bartering went down to 5 bucks.
I never knew delivery was so much hassle. So ok, after I get my food and slaming the front door in the guy's face I thought...at least I still have my meal.
My soup was fine but the lid to my entree was half open and my food fell out of the box. My sauce was all over my chicken, ribs, and roll. Needless to say my roll was all sogy. The chicken was overcooked to the point that it was tough and "crunchy" as if it was deep fried.
The ribs were bony and didn't have any meat on it.
Overall it was just a really bad experience. Over the years I've been ordering delivery from this location, this has to have been the worst experience ever.
Its a real gamble to get delivery from location. You never know what you're going to get. Sometimes you don't get what you order, sometimes its undercooked, sometimes overcooked...sometimes its fairly decent.

Let's be fair in what we are rating here. This is just above fast food and shouldn't be compared to fine dining. Very good meal for a very good price. Service is always good. Free refills on the drinks unlike most restaurants which charge $2.50 each. I certainly get my money's worth when I go there!
