Down Under Bedding & Mattress

I was in town on business for a month. The Airbnb they set me up in had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I've ever experienced. I found these guys near where I was staying. So many options and choices. I don't know what kind of pillow I like, My better half handles all of that. The staff was very helpful. They asked me 3 questions and handed me the best pillows I've ever owned. I shipped them home and we bought more on their website. Very impressed with them.

The salesperson was caring and knowledgeable without being pushy. The bamboo duvet is exactly as he said it is: cozy and comfortable.

I have never been treated that badly before. Tony S was so rude to me. He assumed I wasn't going to buy anything when usually I buy 800 TC sheets. Not this time however. I didn't want to spend a single dime at that store. It is overly expensive especially for the quality. The staff is dismissive the store was extremely dirty.There are better stores with better staff. I do not understand how they are still in business or why they employ someone like Tony. Get rid of him & watch your sales go up!

Been shopping there for years as I use to come there as a kid. My parents bought all their down duvets and pillows there. I recently was moving and was able to get a mattress on sale. Usually I like shopping at independent like Down Under as usually the service is better and the staff more knowledgeable without being too pushy to make a sale.
