We visited "Eddie's" for lunch when it first opened in early 2007 and like it so much that we go back at least once a week.
This is not a 5 star restaurant, but the food is good and the quality is always consistant. The selection of choices from the lunch menu is outstanding with at least 50 different items to choose from. The lunch special consists of an Entree, Springroll and choice of Hot & Sour or Corn soup for under $8.00. My colleagues and I have tried just about everything on their menu and have always had a good experience with whatever we have ordered. The service is fast and friendly.
There are very few places you can enjoy a decent sit-down lunch and still get back to the office in under an hour and even fewer where you can do this for $10.00 per person tax and tip included.
I highly recommend this place!
