Alpha's Discovery Place is clean, well decorated (ie the toys don't look old) and the kids had fun. The customer service was horrendas. I have been there before for 2 other kids parties and my kids liked it, but whe I tried to arrange a party for my daughter, they were very slow at returning my phone calls (3-4 days later) and didn't seem interested in making her party exciting. Talking to the owner on the phone (I asked if she was the owner) and she just seemed bored at my conversation and wasn't very forth coming in ideas or solutions. A few friends and I have decided to book elsewhere.
