They buy and sell cheap defective items from major brand names and tell you to go fly a kite when you try to hold them accountable. I bought a pair of black adidas slides from these shady ladies and within less then a month, they melted on my feet when I wore them out causing my feet to bruise really bad. I just read some reviews and I am shocked! I have never been treated rudely. Perhaps one time when the sales clerk was super busy - I did not get eye contact- so what!. Having several sales persons ask if you want hep? How lucky for you. Stop lamenting! The staff have always been pleasant. Perhaps finding my size in a desired shoe is sometimes a problem because so many people shop here. Otherwise the complaints are unwarranted.

I cannot thank the staff enough for going the extra distance for me when I bought my boots there. During the busiest season, Madeline ( sorry if Ive mis spelled this) was just amazing in spending so much time over 2 weeks to help me.

They have a terrible selection of wide width shoes.Also you cant go down an aisle without staff being in the way because the aisles are so narrow. In 10 minutes i was asked if i needed help four times. Very annoying. Will not be returning
