THE SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE! WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 1H TO GET OUR FOOD AND PEOPLE WHO CANE IN AFTER US FINISHED AND LEFT BEFORE WE EVEN GOT OUR FOOD! When I tried to get their attention multiple times to ask about our food, the waitress ignored me As Well! Never come here! The food is definetly OVERPRICED AND THE SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS!
Friendly waitress, but food overly rated and overly priced, breakfast for 3 was $70, the most expensive breakfast in my life! Never again!
Went here on Sat afternoon have been here in the past and did not remember 14.95 for 2 eggs 2 bacon strips and hash brown and toast no coffee which was $3.95 per person so for the 3 of us it would have cost over $50.00 for a nothing breakfast , We got up and left. Last time We were here about 2 yrs ago it was lined up out the Door this time about 15 people there guess this is another Restaurant ready to close up they just don't get it.
Long wait to be seated. Once seated, and ordered, were told that it was cash only (the machines were down). Food ok, but not much of it at all..for $18?! Really? Most other places charge only $7.99-$10 for that same meal. Ridiculous gouging of tourists. Save your money and go elsewhere for breakfast.
Don't waste your money. First of all, we were seated by the manager who was on the phone and didn't even speak to us, just seated us at a booth. It took about 10 mins to get our menu and coffee even though there were only two other tables in the restaurant. The waitress was really nice and apologetic, she was acutally one of the nicest, however it's more about the food. My friend and I both had the stuffed french toast combo. I don't know about you, but I do enjoy hot, or you know, warm food? The food was lukewarm at best. I ordered my eggs sunny side up, which ususally means COOKED with the yolk a little runny..no. I recieved eggs so undercooked that when I placed my fork into them, they were gooey. The white part of the egg was still clear, and the entire egg was cold. I told her it was gross, and she said "then you want over medium". Who the hell says over medium?!?! They were also gross. The hashbrowns were cold, and the picture of the french toast looked delicious. No, it was smothered in the strawberry sauce so much so that no french toast was tasted, and so little cream cheese filling that I was under the assumption there was none. The "french toast" apparently means fry an egg on the bread because I tasted more egg than toast. Altogether around $15.00 each (before tip). I would never recommend.
what can be said about IHOP? in the U.S. or Canada they are very consistant and the pancakes are just great. this time it took them quite a while to work out the service and decide who's table it was and it was slow but all in all the food made up for it. parking in this location sucks
On Valentine's Day we decided to take the kids out to breakfast, so I had heard that the IHOP had openned in Niagara and I wanted to try the CDN version. We were pleasantly surprised that the wait for a table was only about 5 mins or so.....We were taken to the table and our server was friendly and took our drink orders right away.......after that everything was down hill...... the drinks were ridiculously priced 3.50 for an orange juice, kids ordered milk and chocolate milk 3.00 or so for those as well......already very expensive, but being in a somewhat touristy area..... to be expected.... we ordered our food, nothing complicated just an omlette, french toast and pancakes..... and for about 45 mins.....no food, however everyone around us who arrived after us were served...when brought to the attention of the server she appoligized and than disappeared for about 10 mins or so....... finally the food arrived and the manager came over to speak to us..... I thought to offer some sort of apology for the very slow service........ nope I was wrong....she asked if we needed anything else.... and that time I noticed that the toast that was supposed to come with my 13.00 omlet was missing, and I let her know .... I also brought to her attention about the extremely long wait and that many customers that had come after us and alreay eaten..... and her most intelligent response was .... A lot of people are complaining about the wait...and walked away.......AH SORRY JEN...... wrong answer....... maybe you need to focus a little more on your customer service skills.......Needless to say the bill came out to 58.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids.. totally crazy for breakfast with the worst service I have ever received...... I understand busy......I don't understand or condone rudeness......
greasy enough to give you a coronary, but tastes excellent and giant portions for the price, yes its more expensive here than it is in the states but we Canadians must be gettin used to that by now, good restaurant would go back 4 sure
