She does not take her patient's illness seriously. For months the patient becomes more sick that they end up in hospital. She still doesn't refer the patient to a specialist. When asked if they have sent the referral they say yes, but confirming with the specialist it was not true. The patient becomes more ill than when they first see her and she doesn't seem to care. Yet we are stuck because we cannot get another family doctor because we already have one. This is not right.
