I transferred my case to Alisa Mazo and she and her staff took over every part of my case. I didnt have to talk to anyone from the insurance and everything was done for me. She was always extremely nice and sympathetic and her team too. She settled my case for way more than previous lawyer quoted.
Alisa is very ignorant, would not return you calls or emails especially after she receives a check from your insurance company. She charges you opening file fee, photocopy fee, storage fee as well as double charge HST for the services she receives from the 3d parties.
