    Used to be really...

    Used to be really good when first opened but not so great now. - A number of machines not working. Those that work don't seem to be working properly. - Smaller dryers don't dry thoroughly. - Wifi rarely works. - Sent suit for dry cleaning and jacket was clearly never cleaned. - I once forgot a personal item and the staff lady present at the time couldn't be bothered to see if it had been found. It's only when my wife went back another time and asked a different staff that we got it back. Really sad to see the place come down to this

    I used this laund...

    I used this laundry mat for the first time today. The person on duty sat behind the counter doing nothing for almost the entire time I was there. The business was not particularly clean. But My biggest complaint was that one of the dryers was not working. You get 5 minutes for 25 cents. I had put $2.25 in for 45 minutes. When the load was done it was obvious that the machine was not working properly, because the load was still wet and the inside of the machine was cold. I asked for a refund
