Awesome clinic- friendly receptionist and well-educated and informative doctors. My entire family, including small children come here and we are always treated with respect, not rushed and leave well informed and at ease.

The wait times are short, the doctors are very knowledgeable and professional and will help you to the best of there ability.

The following observations are based on a decade of poor service by employees from Postmaster Clinic. Doctor Daya is the most unqualified and unprofessional medical graduate from the UK. She is unable to carry out basic tasks that a Doctor should. Receptionists (includes all employees on rotational shifts) are rude, insulting, degrading, awfully unprofessional, extremely incompetent and above all low-skilled.

This is a horrible clinic...hours state they are open until 6 p.m arrived at 5:30 and the place was locked When someone finally answered the door, I was told there where patients inside and the doctor was looking after them and it would be after 6 before they would be finished It was only after I want online did I determine that the person telling me that the doctor was looking after the patients was in fact the doctor! Dr Daya. ...its no wonder she is still looking for new patients!

Dr. Bourne treats her patients with a callous belittling tone. She called me up berating me from lies given from her non-empathatic staff. She is a terrible doctor and am insulted my family doctor would call me up falsely accusing me because she was "unhappy" and "doesn't get paid for this" Do not use this service. I am shocked how poorly they treat people being in the medical profession. These people could care less.

Absolutely awful. My 4 year old daughter had severe throat pains. Went to see the doctor here on a Saturday and he said just a virus but took a throat swab for strep. 2 days later went to see our pediatrician. Strep confirmed on the spot. Waste 2 days of pain and suffering when treatment could have been started early. What's worse is that we never received a call afterwards (now 9 day later) for follow up. What kind of practice is this??? So much for patient care.

Good, clean facilities, great service and polite staff. One usually gets to be seen on time if you go by appointment. My family members and I have had a very good experience with the Doctors who work here, especially Dr Maya Barnouti and Dr Voros. Walk-in times vary day-to-day, but I have found the doctors attending to be proficient. I would recommend this clinic to others without any hesitation.
