    Will never go bac...

    Will never go back! This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Very pushy on selling products, won't take no for an answer. Tried selling several times. She also had the nerve to try and sell me the facial peel, because she noticed that I have some acne along my jaw line. Perhaps they should learn how to approach a topic properly. Acne is a very touchy subject for most people, it doesn't need to pointed out by someone who doesn't even know you. Rude, rude rude!!

    Absolutely terrib...

    Absolutely terrible service. I drove 20 minutes to the Oshawa Centre and I walked in to Frida Brow Bar at 8:40pm tonight and asked if they were still open. She was working on a girl, and told me to have a seat. I waited exactly 22 minutes for her to finish, only to have her tell me "Sorry I have to close now, we open at 9:30 tomorrow". So unprofessional, I would never ever go back.
