A small and unimpressive looking place, but the food is great. Been coming here for years. Easily the best wings in Oshawa, and very reasonably priced. Seasoned very well, and baked to a crisp. The spicy fries are also delicious. Sometimes we get a medium pizza, and it's great too. Love the pizza sauce.
Me and my friend were walking down town and we were getting a little bit hungry. So we decided to get a slice. My friend suggested Wing It. I voted on the pizza place three doors down. We decided to go to Wing It because we were standing closer to it. Anyways, we walk in (my first time by the way) and were greeted to a kind of "You call this a restaurant?" look. So we ordered two slices of pizza (pepperoni for me and hawaiin for my friend) and we were on our way. We stopped at a bench to eat, and were introduced to some substandard food. First of all, I could tell it wasn't fresh. It just had the appeal of cooked, frozen, reheated, and served. Second of all, and this was what got me really ticked: there was no flavour. None at all really. And you'd think that even tthe pepperonies or the cheese sauce would give something of a taste. Barely. I was shocked. Shocked I tell you. The place looked decent, and who knows, maybe the wings are good (Doubt it!) but on the itallian classic (ie. Pizza) it certainly did not deliver. At least now I know why it was so cheap. Anyways, if you don't believe me, go and try it for yourself. If you like it, all the best to you. But if you're like me, and you're disappointed with the result, then I guess I told you so. So that's all I have to say on the subject (for now anyways...MWAHAHA!) Untill next time, it's been a pleasure to share with you my opinion. Bon Appetit.
My friend & I were really craving some wings & garlic bread & since this place has been around for some time, we decided to give it a try. The were bar none the absolute worst wings imaginable!!! The garlic bread was the most pathetic thing I ever saw & ate. The owner had the wings already precooked & resting in a warming unit. He pulled them out tossed them in some sauce & put them in a container to go! I should have known from that alone they would not be good. They were soggy & the sauce was nothing special at all. The garlic bread was basically a sub bun with the bare minimum of cheese & hardly any garlic flavor. A complete waste of $20 Sorry :( I hate to write negative things but they really were terrible. Frozen wings from the grocery store would have been a dream compared to these. I can't believe this business has been around so long.
went to check out the wings after reading some positive reviews. should know not to trust the oshawa foodies. if thats a pound of wings all the other places stiff you for half the wings. the amount was way more then expected. not a fan of the sauce. asked for suicide but it seemed more like a tomato sauce then hot wing sauce. wondered if it was the wrong sauce or if it had gone a little tinny. great value for the money though. a lot of wings in their pound.
WINGS!!! I don't care what anyone says, this place has the best wings, great sauce and there's actually a bunch of meat, its not all bones which you don't see very often, the prices are great and so is the person who runs it. And best of all its convenient fast and even has free delivery to Oshawa. WINGS!!! :)
