Came in to test drive and park 6 foot next to a blue car and left. Did not hit anything as I’m experience driver. Police call up and some one reported that I hit the car I was next to which I did not. Don’t come in test drive anything or you will be blame for any damage on the property while you was there. Guess who is the witness, whoever got my drivers licence when I was there for a test.
Mr Sang, we apologize you had to go through that. The neighbors vehicle was involved in a hit in and run thursday the 11th of July.. the blue car had white damages on the rear bumper and no one accused you of hitting it. The police got involved and asked us to provide a copy of the driver license of the client that came in for a test drive. We provided your driver license to the police as we were asked to do so. Gladly, you were not the one involved.

Will work hard to make the sale and make a lot of promises but then disappeare after.
- They do not return service calls or book appointments
- They give you the run around on service. They only want your day one business then are not interested in you anymore.
- Mark went out of his way to ensure he would be my guy for anything I need. Parts, service, body work, detailing. After the sale dissapeared, does not return messages. I confirmed he still works there.
What a great experience!! I have been to PLENTY of detailing shops where I leave unsatisfied and upset. I went to First Class Detailing and they met all my expectations and exactly what I wanted. My Mercedes GLK was spotless, and looking brand new! I recommend this spot to anyone and will definitely let my friends and family know. Thank you Fadi and Mark for making me so happy with the service and putting customers FIRST!

I had an amazing experience buying my first car at this dealership. The salesman Mark was charming and very helpful. Assisted me with everything that I needed every time I asked. He got things done and made sure I was taken care of very easily, all I had to do was call my insurance company!
These people have become like my family. I am so happy and grateful with my beautiful car. The transaction and process was smooth and very easy. Super nice guys and very welcoming atmosphere. You will be very pleased trust me! First car bought from First Class Auto and it will definitely not be my last. 10/10

My experience at ...
My experience at first class auto was great! They had the best price for Honda civics in the region, they really helped me pick a car without pressure and gave me a free set of brand new winter tires as a bonus. Couldn't be happier, I know where i'll be shopping for my next car. Thanks Mark and Fady, you both were very helpful and respectful from the second we walked in till the delivery date.

Excellent Customer Service! The warm friendly experience my wife and I received was amazing. Very good service...
Very good service and very friendly
I went and to get my Acura El detailed and there was this black teenager that was working he was really friendly, polite and generous, he was over booked for that day as a matter of fact he was finishing his last vehicle but I really needed to get my car detailed and clean before the very next day, he decided to welcome my vehicle in during after hours, my vehicle came back clean just like new! I also had a check engine light on my dashboard he removed it (with my permission) just out of generosity at no charged, I recommend a friend that had a Honda Civic and she received the exact same customer service from the same gentlemen I believe his name was Vincy if I'm not mistaken, I strongly recommend everyone to get there car detailed and maintenance at that location! Great price Great customer service Great everything!

AMAZING SERVICE - LOVED MY VISIT
I usually never rate 5 stars, but this is the type of business you should be supporting. Impeccable service, fair prices and a family atmosphere that can't be beat. These guys treated me (and my car) like absolutely gentlemen from the moment we arrived to the moment I drove away. Very bad business...
Very bad business, went in and the workers had no idea what they offered or sold. Got my car cleaned and had to bring it to another garage. Not very friendly or polite. Didn't welcome my business at all. First and last time coming here
