My husband and I recently bought a few items for our home. Kassim (St-Laurent Blvd.), who was our Associate, went above and beyond from beginning to end. His product knowledge and helpful nature made the whole experience seamless. The furniture items were exactly what we were looking for, both design and price, and the delivery company was equally amazing.

Lodged a manufacturers claim shortly after purchasing a sectional in September 2019, it’s now the middle of September 2020 and still George hasn’t finalized the claim. Now the sectional has warranty issues and absolutely no customer support. Second claim which is a warranty claim was requested mid August 2020 and also no progress, seems it was only put through on September 1,2020. Stuck with a broken sectional and they don’t care. Don’t recommend buying from Ottawa branch.

I had to replace a piece of furniture (warranty in tact), George was very accommodating and made the process go very swiftly and easy. He arranged for the delivery to go same day, which also went very smooth. Thanks Guys..

This place should be out of business....they have shitty stuff and terrible qualitys and service. I bought some mattress and lots of stuff who was real crap. The manager is an idiot and a lyer and was stuck with defect products. Dont even think To go there otherweise you Will loose your money

George was helpful and very polite. He was patient with us trying to decide which mattresses we needed/wanted. The prices were great and delivery prompt.

I went shopping for furniture at the Ottawa store. This is when I met Laura, and had the best experience ever, she helped with every purchase I made with NO PRESSURE to buy a thing, just a smile and a hug. LAURA IS A KEEPER. George answered a bunch of questions while Laura arranged the delivery. Go to Surplus Furniture & Mattress Warehouse you will NOT be attacked by a sales person forcing you to buy. If there was an option to give less than one star, that's what I would do. George (the manager) was extremely rude and unaccomodating when I requested my $200 deposit back. He insisted I bring in a credit card even though I paid in cash. He SCREAMED at me and told me he was doing me a favour by treating me like a human being. Stay away from this place! It is awful!

Le service etait mediocre, on essayait de vous vendre le produit coute que coute. Quant au produit acheté, il etait tres bas de gamme. Je ne recommanderai cette a personne et je ferai en sorte qu'ils aient un tres mauvais -bouche à oreille.
