They are not the way they used to be. Its been years since Ive bought anything here. Last week we put money down on an outdoor patio Sofa. We checked with the lady who was processing our sale and she said Oh yes theres 390 units in stock you can get it next week. We went in today and were told they were out of stock on 2/3rds of the package and back ordered till July on the middle section. This is after we paid. We were very disappointed especially after spending 800.00 on the unit.

Bought a sectiona...

Bought a sectional 3 years ago,started to have issues with the springs. One call to the warranty Centre and they proceeded to start the claim. We go tomorrow to pick out our replacement couch,with full credit tomorrow. Have bought bed sets here and lazy boys as well. Nothing but great service from them. Will be a repeat customer and will get the warranty again as they are great to deal with

My husband contacted The Brick Peterborough with a question regarding delivery and the women on the other end stated she would look into his inquiry. He called back after an hour of hearing nothing and the same woman answered and was rude, hurtful and deliberately belittled him. He asked to speak with a manager who answered his questions without issue and stated he would "hold a meeting with staff" to ensure such inappropriate behaviour is not repeated. I would not reccommend this location.
