The people are very polite but the service is terrible. when a complain is made they do not log it and keep on saying that everything is working. If everything was working why should I phone and complain. My mistake was that I should have never given you my credit card number as they kept on charging me without my consent. I just hope that you return my money once the modem is returned. And also the shipping cost of shipping a replacement modem to me. I do not agree to your terms and conditions
