Dealing with CHM was one of the BEST car buying experiences I have ever had! They were honest, respectful, knowledgable and courteous. I bought a car from CMH in 2011 and it has held up to the quality I expected from buying a used car from a dealership. I went in again this past weekend to test drive a couple of vehicles and was happy with the experience, I didn't end up buying another vehicle but for each vehicle I wanted to test drive there was no pressure to buy or go further with a sale. I dealt with Bruce and he was very informative and helpful with any questions I had.

Terrible Customer Service

From the second we walked into CMH Auto the customer service was abysmal. Our salesman Bruce seemed completely disinterested in the sale.We drove two hours in a snow storm to view a vehicle and were not allowed to test drive it. You have to wonder why they didn't want a potential customer to test drive the car they're trying to sell. Wrote a very long email to the owner who arbitrarily responded that he would "look into it" and get back to us. No response. I would not waste my time going to CMH.
