Tree Valley Garden Centre

want to share my unpleasant experience with Tree Valley so that other consumers learn from it and be guided accordingly. Indeed the place is great and has a huge real estate with large varieties of shrubs, fruits trees, perineal & annuls. I went to Tree valley with great expectation in 2017 and over last two yerars purchased $500 + worth plants.Alas! in two years I am totally disillusioned and regret that majority of plants except HOSTA which I bought have either died or are dying & not bloom

What kind of Nursery is this? Have bee in the Horticultural Industy for over 35 years. Graduate of Foresty and Horticultural from University of Guelph. Knew I was in trouble whe I went with my sister who purchased an overpriced Emerald Cedar when the Sales Rep said the Cedar was still alive... It was clearly dead. She had a tag from the trees and he gave us so much attitude and said not sure if it was warranted. No satisfaction, DO NOT GO HERE> HORRIBLE>

The nursery has a down to Earth vibe and its staff are more informed than other nurseries in the area. Prices began to rise in the last 2-3 years but this place is still more affordable than Sheridan. Complaints about emerald cedars not living should not solely be put on the nursery but planting and watering. The staff are busy so getting special treatment is difficult (referring to previous comments)

Subpar customer service and overall experience. Agree with previous reviewer, trees (emerald cedars) did not last even a year, given the cost I would expect better. Owner is condescending and downright rude. When contacted to demonstrate he is capable of providing quality customer service he opted to share email correspondences between himself and other customers. In those emails the customer private information was included (name, email etc). Very disappointing.

Worst place! Trees do not survive past the first year! They do not onor the warranty! Roots are cut and packed carelessly! Deliveries are at a minimum 4-6 weeks and you probably will not get the same plants you originally chose.
