My experience at Laughing Buddha was very unique to say the least. We sat outdoors under a heating lamp (is was October) and enjoyed a wonderful sandwhich along with few delicious brew. The place has a certain warm feeling to it. Our waitor, Matt, was simply excellent and the prices were quite fair. Hats off to Laughing Buddha!

Walked in with family in tow...Wasn't sure what to expect. Looks like a 'post-university' artsy place - complete with 20-something patrons milling around. There was not enough room for us (patio was wet) so they let us know we could order their menu at the sports bar next door!!! The place was a little worn, but nice people, easy atmosphere and no problem having the kids there (no sketchy patrons). Food arrived and managed to sneak some tastes from each of the family: Billy Van - VERY yummy. I had my doubts about this one, worried the reviews were from more main stream foodies. Chick pea side salad was curried, served room temp, very tasty. Pizza was very good. Kids loved the grilled cheese, [finicky] husband liked the chicken sandwich (no mushrooms). Would definitely recommend it - good place, nice serving staff in both restaurants. Will recommend to anyone with a range of tastes. Enjoyed it very much.

What a gem of a restaurant! Drove from North Bay to try it out. Absolutely loved it. Service was incredible and the outside patio was just a treat. Food was delicious. Thank you!
