When you walk in, you get this sense of "wow this business is hurting". And hence all the employees try to rush you into a sale. Yes, they need training, but I think more importantly - the business owner needs to re-evaluate his business model and a 2-year plan of existence.

Worst experience ...

Worst experience ever. Never wrote a bad review...but this place needs to be called out!!! Horrible customer service..all staff need "Customer Service training". Entered the store to purchase balloon for anniversary celebration...spoiled the mood and left extremely disappointed. Don't waste your time...

Don't bother

They are rude and overpriced. They are more interested in taking your money than providing any kind of service to match their over priced items. There are many other places to buy the same stuff. Not worth the trip.
