Hertz Rent A Car Thunder Bay Airport

I've been renting with Hertz in Thunder Bay Airport for years--the Manager, Lara, is a cheerful staple of the airport; it wouldn't be the same coming to Thunder Bay and not seeing her smiling face! Hertz's cars are always clean, new and the price can't be beat! Staff is always cheerful and friendly and it's not unusual for them to give regular clients free upgrades to higher-priced vehicles. Keep up the good work Hertz in Thunder Bay! You will always be my preferred rental company.

Excellent Customer Service I have rent cars from other companies and always find myself coming to Hertz in the Thunder Bay Airport. The management and staff are always happy and friendly. I feel like a part of the family cause they also ask how I am doing and how my flight was. I never got that from the other companies. I rented a car from Hertz at the Thunder Bay Airport a couple of weeks ago. The staff was really pleasant,friendly and professional. My plane was coming in and I though I would lose my rental cause that has happened to me in the past with other companies. They welcomed me and also said not to worry because it was out of my control. I have never been treated this before and will be renting from the again in the future. Great service and...

Great service and price. We received a Fiat 500 which was a dream to drive. When returning our car, we were in a bit of a hurry and forgot our GPS unit in the car. When we realised our mistake, we contacted the office and it was quickly returned to us via FedEx. We definitely will use Hertz again.
