The lady was rough and rude . Asked her to cut my nails shorter and told me to shut it!

Have had a manicure and pedicure at this salon & been back to have an ingrown toenail removed, free of charge! Manicure and pedicure have lasted really well. The owner is friendly, helpful and professional. Salon is very clean. I highly recommend Toronto Nails

Tried this place out for the first time and the lady who did my nails was rough with me (grabbed my arm and pushed my hands around). I got shellac and it looked awful. It was bumpy and some parts weren't painted. She was rushing! Not going back.

I like coming here when I'm in town because of the charms and piercings they do and for the most part sunny does a good job. It's really unfortunate however that he's an incredibly rude person when you have an issue with the job he's done, instead of just fixing it he gets angry and yells at you. He also shows no care for sensitive areas and I ha left on more than one occasion sore and bleeding. Good nails (not great), terrible customer service.

This place was fantastic! They were comical and super friendly. Yes, they do Gel nails. My mom and both got our nails done and they look beautiful. They offer great prices and quality work. They do accept debit but prefer if you pay in cash. Maybe those who didn't get what they wanted were unable to properly communicate what their request. I got exactly what I was asking for. They are there to do your nails, in and out. If you're looking for a fru fru spa experience then yes, I suggest you go elsewhere. If you just want an awesome set of nails, then this is the place to go. Much better than any salon I've ever gone to. Excellent!!!

AWFUL!

Went to have shellac mani/pedis. Owners speak over you in vietnemese to eachother, rude to the clients. Shellac is meant to stay on the nails for 3wks max. Application was uneven to start and they peeled and cracked within 3 days. Went to have them all replaced only to have argued with the owner about my dissatisfaction. She only agreed to fix three of the obviously chipped nails, not the others..I was Told reason for the cracking and peeling was because of my "picking". Would never waste my money here EVER again. Total sham, cheap product, cheap service.

they do not talk to the costumers, they are quite rough and seem to sure you out of there. they do not have a debit machine. My friend went to get a basic manicure and they cut her cuticles so deep they made her bleed. when i went i was told i was getting gel nails. but they did acrylic nails with a gel top coat. they looks beautiful and lasted 3 months without a fill. but i was very unimpressed with how they treat their costumers although the product is very good.. but they did NOT have gel nails when i went.. dont be fooled.
