I chartered this company for an after prom and requested a pick up the following day. The first night I hired 3 buses then the following day one was supposed to come to take everyone home. The bus was a no show and I had my group stranded but the company took the money and wouldn’t answer my calls. Would not recommend.

Avoid at all costs. We hired a coach to take 40 wedding guests from ceremony to reception. They took the money and confirmed the date. I emailed 10 days before to reconfirm and make sure everything was booked. I was reassured was good to go. On the day of the wedding, no coach arrived. I called and was told they had booked me in on the wrong date and she would call me back with a resolution. Nobody called and they are ignoring my phone calls. I had 40 stranded guests at the wedding. Avoid !!

We book their services for an event at the beginning of May. I was promised a confirmation in my email and that I needed to make a deposit to hold for the date. I was charged for the deposit but never received the confirmation email. I waited a week and called again to see where my confirmation was. They promised they would send me it that day. I didn't receive it. I waited another week and followed up again to make sure the confirmation was emailed before I got off the phone. The man on the phone said he sent it, but still I didn't receive. We double and triple checked that my email was properly spelled and still no email. I gave up on the company. I feel you should use this company at your own risk. I don't trust them. They sure know how to use a credit card machine but obviously can not use their computer send an easy email.

We rented a bus for my sister's wedding. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly and professional. He arrived to pick us up with plenty of time to spare and knew the best way to get through the city. Thank-you Lewicki!
