New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd

We had our sewer blocked and called the New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Company. They came,did a Camera inspection and told us the block was on our side of the property and the cost to fix it would be $7,100. 5 Feet of piping. We consulted with a plumber friend told us to call the city. City sent a crew within 2 hours. Summary: New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Company came, did the wrong assessment, tried to make $7,100 dollars and when I called saying the city fixed it, no money back.SCAMMERS!!

Hoping this message saves someone the pain I went through... Please dont get scammed by these guys!!! get multiple quotes before ever doing work with them and definitely dont call them first if you have an emergency where time is critical and they have the opportunity to squeeze you using the high pressure tactics. We had a toilet back-up that they didnt properly clear and basically manufactured into requiring our basement to be torn up to the tune of $8500 to replace 10ft of pipe

I dont even know where to begin... The guys that came to take a look at my plumbing issue were amazing! They took the time to see what the issue was but also took the time to explain the situation and what had to be done for the future to avoid further problems. They showed up when they said they would and in the end didnt even charge me for their visit! Thank you to both guys that came... Im sure to recommend New Canadian drain & plumbing!!!!

New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd did plumbing repair in my home, during which time my LED Smart TV was irreparably damaged. They then refused to pay for any damages or replacement. The plumbers moved it on its stand to do pipe replacement in living room wall, and they witnessed it clearly working before they moved it. I had a leaking shower fixed by this company. They were quick, efficient, professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend these guys. Reasonable price for a very decent job.
