purchased a sofa and recliner about 3.5 years ago with extended warranties for both. Back in early January one of the recliners on the sofa failed and shortly after the recliner itself failed.At this time we contacted the store were we purchased these units and they told us someone would get back to us shortly. Well after about 6 weeks and numerous other calls we finally had the tech pass by to check out both units We are now June {Going on 6 months) and numerous other calls and still nothing.
