I highly recommend Binder Home Inspections. John used high tech equipment to uncover those hidden problems before they became a huge issue.
Binder did was very up front with us about everything they found in the inspection. They did a great job.
I really like how easy John made on everything on me. I didn't have to do anything. He was there when he said he would be and walked me through everything. It was a very good experience.
John did a great job with his professional experiences. It is unique that you can inspect the house with him while at the same time John will give you suggestions and action taken points to your further house improvement.
John is so friendly and honest while explaining the different aspects of the house. The full report is detailed, which is helpful.

I definitely got a good value for my money. I would use him again in a heartbeat. A coworker recommended him to me, and I had called around Windsor for quite a few pricings, and his was the best. He went into a lot of detail with everything he looked at, he was very specific, and he had us follow him around and explained everything he was doing. 5 stars.
