Honestly the wors...
Honestly the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The owner was not done detailing our car about 4 hours later, which the had promised to finish in 1-2 hours. We were advised to return later. We returned and it still was not finished. When we voiced that we were upset about the wait and about their failure to notify us ahead of time that they were running late, his reaction was not to try to apologize or to salvage our business, but to literally scream at us at the top of his lungs for being "rude". I have never been so disappointed with a business in my entire life, it was completely disrespectful.
