Went in for an app with baby today and because of mill street being closed I had to reroute and we were 10 min late for app so when we arrived the office had 6 people and I knew it was going to be a wait but I was totally shocked when her receptionist told us we no longer have an app because of being 10 min late we drove in from out of town had to detour I explained everything she said no you will have to rebook, totally unacceptable the receptionist is new and after 20 years being a patient
