He is going to give out a resonable price and pictures from internet to get your job, after that, there is a black hole waiting for you. You will find you have a bigger house than you really have, yes, he will over-measure every thing. Finish on time? dont even think about it.

I have been livin...
I have been living in the same house for the past 15 years, I had to get a few renovation done. One of my friend referred me to Rajan from Reno Rajan. I explained him exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was. He took his time to explain everything in detail and what he could do about it. He gave me a really good idea about how long and how much it would cost. When the renovation started they started with the basement( bathroom and the entire basement), it's was done so neatly and precisely, Rajan personally inspected if the job was proper done. Once the basement was done they then moved to main floor, the kitchen was the first sector to be done. It's was done nicely and quickly. And finally for the second floor it was excellent. I used Rajan's service for almost everything that we can use in renovation. He's services was very good, I was a really happy customer. The final bill was around the estimation he gave me when we first met. Rajan, personally checks if the job is correct and make sure the room is impeccable.
