WORST SERVICE EVER
Ever since the change in Manager this location has provided the worst service ever. I've been waiting 3 weeks to have a deadbolt lock changed. They take my lock and say they will try to fix it...they hold it for two weeks telling me to be patient, Finally they tell me they can't find the piece to repair it. Fine, lets change the whole lock, should cost arount $170..they promised to be there Monday morning. They don't show up. I call only to find out that both the manager and the service guy are on vacation for TWO WEEKS. The replacing manager promises to send someone new by Wednesday...It's now thursday and no one shows up. I call only to be told that the new serviceman is out sick indefinitely and they have no one else and they never bothered to call me to advise me of this. I tell them I want my old lock back. My wife picks it up and they LOST one of the major pieces so now I can't have it repaired anywhere else....MY ADVICE TO YOU ALL...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...
