My fiancé ordered the wedding band for our wedding two months in advance for our wedding. We called them on the Monday to see if was ready yet as they hadn’t given us a date it would be ready. Everyday up until the Friday before our wedding they kept telling us it would be in the next day at 5pm. We called and went in each of those days and it still wasn’t ready. When we finally received it one day before our wedding, we didn’t even get an apology for jerking us around the way they did. Awful.

I bought a ring last April and I have taken it in 3 times so far because of stones falling out and then they had the nerve to ask if I banged it around! I am very careful with my rings and have had my engagement ring from people's for 15 years and have never had to take it in for any kind of problems. Michael hill is giving me a credit but have sent the ring out to be fixed? Sounds like they want to resell it? Poor workmanship and to blame the customer for that is ridiculous! I am done with them

Whilst the staff ...

Whilst the staff are friendly and the merchandise is lovely, they do need to stop giving false promises to customers. I rang in asking about a product, with one left I asked if they could hold on to it for me and I'll drive down to pick it up (their website ordering was temporarily down/wasn't working), to which they politely agreed. Within the 1-2 hour gap I had arrived to find they'd sold it even though knowing it was held back for someone. They said they'd order some in and it should be there within 7-10 days for sure, I was told they get two deliveries every week so it shouldn't be a problem. Well that time has passed, there's still no sign of it and it's a bit of an issue since I've already paid for it and I leave the city for Christmas next week.
