Louis Gee's Pizza & Donairs

Very poor service, after waiting 25 minutes and watching others receive there orders faster than us, the Order was wrong. When I phoned and asked about how they had ignored the one request I had, I was basically told too bad. No offer to replace the food no offer to refund. I had made a very large order, very disappointing that they don’t care about customer service.

Awesome food, friendly service. Highly recommend this place.

Poor service

Ordered on the phone. The girl was busy holding a conversation in the background, poorly multi-tasking. She was rushing me with a hint of a snobby attitude (it's hard to miss a tone like that). It's my first time ordering from the company and even in the country, and I have to say that put a sour taste in my mouth. I'm assuming not all Canadian pizza delivery services are like that. That was just so rude. For that, I can care less how the pizza tastes, I will never order from here again.
