Food was overpriced, poor service,very slow service,limited wine selection. A $45.00 dish at the most worth half the value, portions very small, the service from getting getting our first order of drinks to bringing bread to the table was extremely longer than normal. We had to ask when he was going to bring the bread after waiting 25 minutes. The restaurant was not busy. We ordered wine from the limited list and then our waiter came back and said that one wasn't available. Bills not correct.

Thoughts

guitanos is a lovely restaurant! Great atmosphere, workers are friendly, and fantastic food! My favorite dish is the Bombay chicken. It's wonderful!

Disgusted and Disappointed.

I had tried Gitanos several times because friends and family wanted to go to that restaurant. First time.. Nuts where put on a dinner without being noted on the Bill of Fare Menu. I cannot eat nuts, Second visit. Bombay Chicken Curry. BURNT Chicken. Third Visit. Nice Steak. Fourth Visit. Main meal was ok, nothing special not really value for money, Dessert BURNT, was supposed to be Creme Brulee. Fith visit and LAST visit. Asian Fussion. having waited 45 minutes for my order to arrive. 3 Tiny skewers of chicken, maximum weight less than 100 grams. Carefully laid out on the salad so I would not see that the chicken was BURNT. I approached the owner Donna and explained I was not happy. Donna seemed to not even care. Would not even listen to my complaint. My Advise DO NOT GO TO Gitanos, Mill Brook Mall, Corner Brook.
