Custom Dry Cleaners

Ruined my 3 month old winter jacket, item was returned with a completely broken zipper to the point of teeth and the pully completely missing. Manager had the audacity to BLAME me and refused that it could've happened there despite me wearing the jacket with a completely working zipper to the drop off location. Manager started the phone call with a raised voice and acting super defensive. When I matched her energy she called me abusive. Will advise all family and friends to avoid

ATTENTION! Please save yourself and DO NOT BRING your CANADA GOOSE coat to get dry cleaned here ! My coat is completely destroyed. White marks all over it, fading, discolouration, looks like it has aged 20 years. . When I expressed my concern and that I was upset, the owner couldn't have cared less, was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. Not only did they not do anything to rectify the issue, they blamed it on me & didn't even refund me the $28 it cost me to ruin my coat. Very disappointed
