Wow ! What a great place to eat and have a good time. The food was delicious and and restaurant is beautiful now ! I was here for a party last week we had so much fun. They had music, people danced , great singer !! Our waiter made us laugh and is really good looking too . Last time i was here was 8 years ago and place looked kind of old fashioned and not well kept. Now they made changes in every way and I have to admit this restaurant is better than most in every way. I have visited this location many times and have had a good meal overall in most instances. The most recent visit was for brunch. I was intrigued by the description for the pear and coconut pancakes but they were a letdown - dry, lacking flavour. The coffee is decent, a bit strong, not always hot. Their omelettes are usually good and I've heard that their strawberry french toast is good so maybe I'll give that a try. For dinner, I've tried Bellinis on numerous occasions but they are hit or miss (usually miss) - they don't always have a good flavour. I liked their very first menu when they opened - with chicken reggiano and white chocolate brownie. Their Caesar salad used to be a larger portion and had a LOT more roasted garlic in it but it seems they've cut back. Lire plus

I really like this restaurant. It will have your order ready within 10 minutes. If I'm ever working from home or just don't have time to cook, this is very quick and feasible option. The other day, I placed an order for a slightly spicy meal and went home. I found the meal too spicy for my taste so I asked if I could get a milder version. They just asked me to bring the original meal back & they provided me a fresh meal according to my liking within 10 minutes. Now, that's good customer service. Been coming here for years. I dont know who wrote that last review but they must have a screw loose. What would you expect if you tried to get a table for 7 people on a saturday nite without a reservation when the place is lined up. We had a great time, the food was good and the service was adequate considering how busy the place was. The lineup indicated they are doing something right. I visited the Richmond hill location recently for the first time. Considering it was a Monday the restaurant was almost full , a little wait and I was seated by a gracious lady ( I think one of the owner's family).I liked their ambience (they have recently renovated) and efficient service. The food was just awesome. Butter chicken was delicious , lamb chops tender and the black dal complimented the whole meal. Nan was soft. Ask for seat in glass round room. Lire plus

Decent for a pub. Service isn't the best but the BLT chicken wrap that i always order never disappoints. The greek salad is also great. I would not reccommend sitting inside, the patio is the place to be. I go for lunch at the arms at least once a week, I'll continue to as long as the BLT wrap remains delicious! Lire plus
