SMOOTH PROCESS! Got our recalled stove replaced by a Napoleon unit from Ultra Comfort Guelph on Woodlawn road. They traveled to my house and performed a very nice job. Very happy with service, the product and the price. Strongly recommend them for people in the market for fireplace.

Ian installed and framed in a linear fireplace for us. He was always so accommodating and his workmanship was superb. We had a new hot water heater installed today by Hearth and Home from Brantford ...... we had heard that they were a great company but didn't think they'd service Burlington.
We were pleased to say they did come to Burlington and installed our new unit quickly and efficiently . They removed the old unit and cleaned up behind them themselves.
The technicians were very professional and informative and we certainly would use them again ... excellent job !
