Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped.

Colton Mobile Service just rescued a computerised sewing machine and serger of mine that had been badly damaged when hit by a falling wall cabinet. The serger was actually bent, and the sewing machine had computer damage. Both are now fixed and working as good as new! They even fixed cracks in the sergers outer case. The repair bill was very reasonable. You can trust them to do a good job every time!

Did an awesome job of servicing my 20 year old Pfaff serger and solved the tension issues with my new Ambition Pfaff. Both machines are now purring like happy kittens! I will be sure to have Colton do the servicing again! Very reasonable pricing and quick service. I highly recommend Colton Service!

I love coming here--and to the store in Chilliwack. They have a good selection of fabric, and when I had an issue with my machine, the technician worked five minutes of magic sand didnt charge me a penny.
