Very professional service from Blinds To Go. Their phone rep and technical support in the quote, installation and the quality of the new blinds in my apartment were above par. Even when my credit card was mistakenly debited an unseen charge I called technical support there and they immediately credited my credit card charged in error. Kudos to all at Blinds To Go.

Exceptional Customer Service.
We have 20 plus blinds which we purchased from this store over 20 years ago. I recently had a minor problem with one blind. I took this blind to the store looking for advice. The store took my blind and sent it out for repair, which was done at no charge and back to me in 4 days. This is outstanding Customer service !!!
