A hidden gem is tucked into Vernon’s Sun Valley Mall. Unfortunately my glasses snapped at the bridge after a walk in the cold. I was told they can’t be fixed.I happened to be downtown and noticed Gerry‘s sign which said he offered repairs as one of the shop’s services and he was able to provide me with an expert repair. Besides excellent customer service, the shop has a good selection of frames for men, women and children.

The Staff were so friendly! I felt like they actually cared about what I wanted. My glasses came in and they look great! It was so easy to make the appointment to see the Doctor and to do the shopping. I'll be coming back there for my next pair!

I was recently helped by Jaxon in the furniture area. A bookcase kit was too heavy for me to lift. He was nearby and quickly came to help me. He placed the heavy boxes ( purchased 2) in my cart and said he would arrange for someone to help me load my car. He was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. He made my day. By the way the bookcases went together without a problem. They are well made and easy to assemble and good value for $129 each. Please thank Jaxon for me.
