I really like their products. They are not in the US so a harder sell in Canada. A good company to buy from. Unfortunately, turn over in staff(what retail doesnt) does not always make for the best customer service. However, they do try.

Bought a hall tree, among other things, from the Langley location, sadly the back to the tree was damaged when I opened the box. Not a big deal it happens. The staff ( I wish I got her name) was excellent in exchanging the damaged part for a new one they had in stock. Great service and a happy repeat customer.

We just purchased three couches at the Langley Ashley store. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no high pressure sales tactics. The store is organized and neat. Appears well run.

I love the Bay...they try really hard to please everyone’s budget.. Great clothes lines...lots of good sales...just about everything my family and I wear is from the Bay!
I hope they never close down like Sears. They will always be my go to store for everything!

Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.

In the midst of the countless retail employee encounters i’ve had, varying from mediocre to infinitesimally unhelpful, i have never been helped, no-SERVED- by someone as prestigiously talented and faithfully dedicated to their job as KAYLA from the sports section at this location of Canadian Tire. The absolute erudite grace of this exceptional employee ensured my safe and speedy discovery of the product i was searching helplessly for amid the lengthy aisles of this great establishment.
