Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.

Cindy was excellent in helping us with our furniture and table selection. I was able to show pictures of our room we were furnishing and was able to show us what would fit and look best. Thank you!

I love the Bay...they try really hard to please everyone’s budget.. Great clothes lines...lots of good sales...just about everything my family and I wear is from the Bay!
I hope they never close down like Sears. They will always be my go to store for everything!

We just purchased three couches at the Langley Ashley store. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no high pressure sales tactics. The store is organized and neat. Appears well run.

I really like their products. They are not in the US so a harder sell in Canada. A good company to buy from. Unfortunately, turn over in staff(what retail doesnt) does not always make for the best customer service. However, they do try.
