I had a microwave in for warranty service at Abbotsford location for over two months.I discussed the situation with Sarah at the Chilliwack location and she took total control of the issue and had my repaired oven back to me within weeks all the while keeping me informed of the progress.Very impressed with the service!When the oven was returned to me scratched,fellow staff negotiated a fair compensation package.Very happy with the service,I highly recommend this store Pete K. Not a lot of staff around to ask for info, but they are available. I looked at shoes. All very inexpensive, but also cheaply made. I did buy some Converse brand socks that seem well made. Theyre certainly comfortable. There were cheaper ones but they were very thin and had no cotton in them. I think theyve hit their targeted market and price point.
