During the month of July, our family had the unfortunate experience of our basement flooding in Tecumseh. We had used other companies in the past who sold us additional pumps, but no one was able to explain why we were experiencing the excessive volume of rain water in our sump pump pit. Pannunzio Drainage came to the rescue! They were able to use their cameras to diagnose and fix an external plumbing issue that no other company was able to find. 2 guys came in to look at a leak under the sink. Took the time to explain what was happening and repaired it. While they were here had them look at the bathroom sink which was done by another plumber and couldn't figure out whynit leaked. Took them.2 seconds to see that the crimp was not strong enough and fixed it without charge. I would recommend over and over again. Lire plus

What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house. All this during Covid. And I know not much about arranging all this stuff. Dawn, and Mary at Warkentin were so patient with my many calls without making me feel my questions were too basic. Lire plus
