BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! My beloved 2010 Jetta had an unfortunate impact with a deer this spring. I've never had to have body work done so I wasn't sure who did good work in my area. Through word of mouth I narrowed it down to two locations, Kootenay Autobody in Fruitvale, BC being one of them that others recommended. I am very glad I listened to others recommendations, Kootenay Autobody did an outstanding job! From restoring perfect lines, to matching the paint perfectly as well.
