BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Service was friendly, timely, transparent and very helpful. Would recommend!

My beloved 2010 Jetta had an unfortunate impact with a deer this spring. I've never had to have body work done so I wasn't sure who did good work in my area. Through word of mouth I narrowed it down to two locations, Kootenay Autobody in Fruitvale, BC being one of them that others recommended. I am very glad I listened to others recommendations, Kootenay Autobody did an outstanding job! From restoring perfect lines, to matching the paint perfectly as well. These folks are very professional and should be very proud of their work. Thanks again.

Although I have only had a few dealings with this company I found them to be very fair and treated me with the upmost of respect and consideration. They clearly discuss with you what they are going to do and I have found that the final bills have been more than fair, As far as I am concerned I would not consider taking any of my units to anyone else.

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! These guys are great! They give you an estimate with the amount and I’ve never paid more, most time that said amount and couple times less. I like that they give you the quote and then it’s your decision to say Yes or No.
