I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

Great experience with Josh and the whole team at eagle ridge gm. Everything was easy, everyone was friendly and the service was great. While searching for a new truck I looked around at a few different dealerships and instead of listening to me and getting me into the vehicle I was looking for, they all tried to pressure me into something extremely expensive. My salesman was Fawzi Yehya, he was very helpful and nice. I went in knowing I wanted a 2 door Wrangler, but needed help with designing it for me. Fawzi went through everything with me to help me decide what I wanted with my new Jeep, he took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted. After that was the financing, that took time too!
